As a family caregiver, as much as it is important to take care of your senior or ailing loved one, taking care of yourself should also be your priority. We understand that care-giving is not an easy task. That is why we offer respite care service that would give primary caregivers the chance to unwind and have a break from their workload. While you are on a break, we will provide temporary home care services in your stead.
We offer the following services:
- Light housekeeping
Let us help out around the house by cleaning and putting away dishes, doing laundry, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, watering plants, emptying the trash, picking up clutter, vacuuming, and sweeping main walk areas, and organizing drawers and closets.
- Attend to daily living activities
We will plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks and do the grocery shopping. We help maintain doctor prescribed medication schedules through gentle reminders. We can help with pets and do much more.
- Home safety supervision
We will examine the house and identify any concerns such as trip hazards, poor lighting, food contamination, and insecure entries. We will also recommend tools and modifications such as grab bars in the bathroom to make the home safer.
- Personal care
Care includes assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, personal safety evaluations, hygiene, and toileting.
